The development sandbox is purely another instance of ShulCloud with an empty database. It is not a clone of your current site. The fee includes bringing the additional site up for you, hosting it for 4 months, and then moving your new template configuration/design and any content over to your live site.

WEB DESIGN
In order to focus on our core database offering, we are no longer providing custom website design and build services. However, clients do still have these options:
- Watch our CMS Training. Then, choose one of our basic templates and configure your ShulCloud website.
- Have your own designer customize your ShulCloud site through access to the CSS* on your own.
- Build a new website on another platform (like WordPress) and use the ShulCloud website as a membership portal for the calendar, event registration, donations, and payments. The portal can use one of the basic templates and be easily set up by you or by ShulCloud Professional Services.
- Professional Services can assist you with very basic CSS color and font changes. You must complete the option in the first bullet point, and then ask a very specific request for us to provide a quote. Examples: change font color with HEX Color Code provided.
*ShulCloud provides access to the CSS via Admin Menu/Settings/Advanced CSS Override. However, this area should only be used by someone with
extensive knowledge of CSS coding. ShulCloud does not provide support for this area of the system.
